The RPSG Group’s Lucknow Super Giants will wear a special jersey in their final league match of IPL2023 against Kolkata Knight Riders on Saturday. Lucknow Super Giants will wear a jersey similar to the Indian Super League (ISL), Mohun Bagan Super Giants. The move is meant to pay homage to the 100-year-old football team, as RPSG Group has recently taken over the Kolkata-based Club.
Krunal Paandya, Nicholas Pooran and others were in attendance at the jersey unveiling ceremony. The franchise tweeted the news and the fans reacted quickly. Most of the fans were pleased with this gesture.

If LSG fails to win their final league game, then they will finish with 15 points. They’ll have to rely on the results of other teams to determine their fate.
