KL Rahul, captain of the Lucknow Super Giants LSG (Locally Super Giants), looked in great pain after he injured his hamstring while playing for his team against Royal Challengers Bangalore. KL Rahul hurt himself trying to stop Faf du Plesis’ boundary. The LSG skipper struggled to stand up and needed help on his return to the dressing room.

Rahul was injured while running to stop a shot by the RCB captain. Rahul was running behind the ball to stop it from crossing the boundary as du Plessis hit a cover drive. Rahul injured his right hamstring even before he got the ball. The LSG skipper was holding his quad as he fell to the ground.

The captain of Lucknow looked like he was in great pain when he asked for help. The crowd fell silent when they saw the captain in agony. All had a look of concern on their faces. Even fans on Twitter expressed concern and wished KL Raul a quick recovery.

Jaydev Unadkat is also injured.

Jaydev Unadkat also suffered an injury, which is a worrying development in light of the World Test Championship Final. The LSG pacer hurt himself in the practice session before the match against RCB. Unadkat injured his shoulder after slipping in his delivery step, as shown on the video during LSG vs RCB. India’s chances of making the WTC Final could be affected by both KL Rahul and Unadkat being injured.
